- Medium-hot Pepper 'Fish'
This one-of-a-kind pepper variety likely originated in the Caribbean. It was first introduced to the American East Coast in the 1870's where is became wildly popular among oyster and crab houses. The pepper was incorporated into sea food sauces in secret proportions that were passed down through the generations. A true heirloom! The peppers and foliage of this variety are uniquely variegated with white markings.
